A pub with no beer

Marma Gully Hotel in Murtoa.

It opened as The Commercial Hotel, built in 1874 it was rebuilt in its present form 1911-13 as a substantial 2-storey red-brick pub with wrought-iron lacework and renamed the Marma Gully in 1977. It is now closed/abandoned due to some structural issues.

Looks like the drinkers have just stepped out, the bar towels and everything still in place.

The blackboard says it all - "CLOSED Sorry & thankyou".
