We did not get up too soon as we were both sick but it has passed off a little this afternoon. I do not know when we were going to get over the sickness, as soon as it is rough we are sick again. It is a very fine day again, I have been making fatty cakes this morning, the weather is fine and there’s still good wind. Lat. 12.14S Long. 30.25W. The distance run 240 miles.
